Shop and Schedule
Shop our selection of appliances that qualify for premium installation or visit your local Homewise Appliance store to purchase your appliance with premium installation.*
For online purchases of premium products, a Premium Sales Specialist will reach out within 24 hours to review the next steps. For in-store purchases, one of our Premium Sales Associates will personally guide you through the process.

Confirmation & Appointment
Once your premium product is confirmed in stock, our Premium Installation Team will reach out to review the details and arrange a convenient delivery and installation date.

Installation Day
You’ll be contacted one day prior to your scheduled installation day as well as the day of installation.
A 4-hour arrival window will be set.
Once installation is finished, the installer will complete a final walk-through to ensure you’re satisfied. Note: To receive texts and/or email updates, please ask an Associate.
Prepare for Delivery

Home Delivery Checklist
- Check the specifications section for your appliance on its product page to ensure it will fit the intended space
- Measure any doorways, hallways and stairways in the delivery path to be sure they are wide enough to accommodate the appliance
- You must have an adult age 18+ present at your delivery time to sign for the appliances
- Installers cannot use existing connection parts for new appliance installations

Prep Your Delivery Area
- Clear the inside path to the installation location of any obstacles, rugs, furnishings and personal items
- Ensure outside path for delivery is free of any debris
- Empty and disconnect any existing appliances you want hauled away

The premium installation package includes:
- Delivery to your home.
- Removal or relocation of your old appliance within the home.
- Connection of your new appliance to existing plumbing and/or electrical lines (note: new supply lines are often extra).
- Installation of anti-tip brackets if required.
- Testing of the appliance after installation to ensure it works properly.
- Clean-up and debris removal after the job.
- A walk-through with your installer to review product instructions, warranty details, and to verify installation satisfaction.
