What’s Next?
Our team is dedicated in making sure your delivery process is completed in a timely manner. The more contact information we have, the better. Please provide a primary and secondary number along with an e-mail address. As your delivery date nears, you will be contacted at least twice.
Delivery Confirmation Notice (48-Hour Courtesy Call)
We will be reaching out by phone call, text, and email to confirm your delivery details – including your availability, address and the items scheduled –two days before your delivery between 10:00AM – 10:30AM.
To keep you fully informed and to ensure your availability, we’ll send timely notifications as your scheduled delivery date approaches:
- For Sunday and Monday deliveries, the confirmation call will take place on the Friday before
- For Tuesday deliveries, the confirmation call will be made on the Saturday before
If we do not receive confirmation during the initial attempt, a follow-up call, text and email will be sent between 1:00PM and 1:30PM.
Be sure to confirm by 4:30PM,otherwise your delivery will be canceled and you’ll need to contact your salesperson to reschedule.
Delivery Time Window Courtesy Call
You will receive a text message and an e-mail at 6:00PM the evening before your delivery with your 4-hour delivery time window. If you confirm, no further notifications will be sent. If you do not confirm, we’ll follow up with a phone call at 6:15PM.

Track Your Delivery
Once you have scheduled your delivery date, you can visit Order Status to stay updated with real-time tracking the day of delivery- including schedule, driver location, and ETA.
